1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jeta10 online betting and casino platform, including all products, services, games, features, and content made available through the website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by jeta10 for the benefit of players based in Bangladesh.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jeta10 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies or rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeta10 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jeta10 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

3 Account Registration and Management

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of jeta10 services, you are required to register a player account. You warrant that all information submitted at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and not misleading.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the jeta10 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jeta10 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently excluded from the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jeta10 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jeta10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your jeta10 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before an account is closed, any pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn. jeta10 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required to do so for compliance reasons.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

jeta10 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. This is a standard industry requirement referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

jeta10 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed using the ৳ symbol. jeta10 does not accept third-party payments; all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name, and all withdrawals will be returned to the same account used for the original deposit where technically possible.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

Processing Times

Player Funds

Refusal of Transactions

jeta10 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud is suspected, where the transaction appears inconsistent with the player's normal account activity, where KYC documentation has not been provided, or where jeta10 has reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction may violate applicable laws or these Terms.

5 Betting Rules and Void Markets

Placing Bets

All bets placed on jeta10 are subject to these Terms and to any additional specific rules applicable to the particular sport, market, or game type selected. A bet is confirmed only once jeta10 has accepted it and a confirmation message has been displayed in the betting slip or account history. jeta10 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after a market has closed or bets that contain obvious pricing errors.

Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the jeta10 Platform are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being placed. The odds that apply to a bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed and accepted. In the event of an obvious error in the displayed odds — including prices that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market — jeta10 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

In-Play Betting

jeta10 offers live in-play betting on cricket and selected other sports. In-play markets open and close rapidly in response to match events. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their bet is placed within an open market window. jeta10 will not be responsible for bets rejected due to market suspension or closure during in-play events.

Void Bets and Abandoned Events

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in any of the following circumstances:

• The relevant match, event, or fixture is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and does not resume within a timeframe specified in jeta10's applicable sport rules.
• The bet was placed on a market that was suspended at the time of placement due to a technical error.
• The bet contains an obvious pricing or data error that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• The event in question is determined by jeta10 or the relevant sports authority to have been subject to match-fixing or result manipulation.

Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (such as ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL, or BCCI for IPL). jeta10 will use reasonable endeavours to settle markets promptly following the conclusion of an event, though settlement may be delayed in complex cases or where the official result is disputed or under review. The decision of jeta10's trading team regarding the settlement of any market is final.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Eligibility for Bonuses

jeta10 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the point of the offer. Players are advised to read the applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a jeta10 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any bonus funds that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse

jeta10 strictly prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through hedging, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds regardless of outcomes. Where jeta10 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account of the player involved.

Changes to Promotions

jeta10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in but before the bonus has been credited, jeta10 will honour the terms in place at the time of opt-in for that player. jeta10's decision in relation to the terms, administration, and settlement of all promotions is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeta10 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment details, chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or any other deceptive means to manipulate deposits, withdrawals, or account balances.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game available on the Platform.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on inside information, participating in schemes designed to manipulate sports results, or betting on events in which you or an associate have any material influence over the outcome.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software agents, or any automated tools to access or interact with the Platform without jeta10's express written consent.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses or to circumvent restrictions or exclusions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider in relation to a jeta10 deposit that was used for betting or gaming.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures: Attempting to breach, disable, or exploit any security, fraud prevention, or verification system employed by jeta10.

8 Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

jeta10 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, jeta10 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, telecommunications failures, and other circumstances beyond jeta10's control may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features within it.

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta10 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss arising from technical failure during a live betting event. jeta10's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the calendar month in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on jeta10 supplied by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi are subject to those providers' own game rules and technical infrastructure. jeta10 is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating within third-party game engines. Where a third-party game error results in an incorrect payout, jeta10 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the affected player's balance accordingly.

Player Responsibility

You use the jeta10 Platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, that you are betting with funds you can afford to lose, and that you are aware of and utilise the responsible gaming tools available within your account if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jeta10. Unauthorised use of jeta10's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between you and jeta10 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through jeta10's internal complaints process.
